Liquid Photo-Imageable Soldermask
Imagecure XV501T and XV501T-4 are Liquid Photo-Imageable Soldermasks - LPISM or PISM - for use in the manufacturing of rigid PCB’s (PWB’s).
Products in the XV501T solder mask and XV501T-4 solder mask ranges can be applied either by Screen Printing, Curtain Coating, Air Spray, or Electrostatic Spray. XV501T solder mask and XV501T-4 solder mask are available in a full range of colours and final finish ranges from Gloss to X-Matt. There are also solder mask versions available in Halogen Free (HF) Green. All other solder mask colours are Halogen Free. Also available is a white solder mask for LED applications.
XV501T solder mask and XV501T-4 solder mask ranges comply with RoHS, WEEE, and are all UL Listed. All raw materials used within Europe comply with the REACH regulations.
All of the versions within the XV501T solder mask and XV501T-4 solder mask ranges meet IPC Test Standards as a minimum, with some versions also carrying NASA Outgassing and Major Automotive approvals. Several Sun Chemical sites are part of the Sony Green Partner Program (GGP) including the mother plant for Circuits production.
